Pusat Jagaan Cahaya Kasih Bestari comes to the aid of underprivileged children who are, orphans, neglected, and poor by providing residential care and guidance to empower these children to become a well worth and contributing citizens.

Established in the year 2005, the owner operates a small restaurant in which all profits are used for the cost of providing for the 56 children, aged between 6 to 12 years old, a large sum of money is needed to provide them with food, accommodation and education.
